Comment by fiffo so, it's p2 of classic tbc now and i farmed this recipe for about 2h and it didn't drop. Or you could just talk to litterally any guard. It dropped in but a few kills for me on several engineer characters. What's the point of this? Not only does it give you the ability to carry much more arrows than usual, it also provides a nice item to make in stead of the various grenades and primers around that level, which are hugely resource.
